Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior On-Site Support Analyst to manage the IT asset lifecycle, maintain the CMDB, and ensure software license compliance. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **JUNIOR ON-SITE SUPPORT ANALYST** with experience in this role. **Requirements and Knowledge:** * **Academic Background:** Students in intermediate cycles (5th semester onward) or technical graduates in Computer Science, Informatics, or Systems Engineering. * **Professional Skills:** Basic courses in computer assembly, home network configuration, and advanced user-level Windows/Office proficiency. * Excel training and Power BI proficiency * Availability to work rotating shifts (Loreto, Iquitos) * ITIL: Understanding of IT Asset Management practice and its relationship with Configuration and Change Management. * IT Warehouse Management: Ability to organize physical stock of sensitive equipment (laptops, servers, peripherals). * Proficiency in ITSM/ITAM Tools: Technical experience with software such as Aranda, ServiceNow, GLPI, InvGate, or similar. * Data Analysis: Intermediate Excel skills for cross-referencing databases and generating pivot tables. **Job Responsibilities:** * Registration and Control: Maintain an up-to-date CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and asset repository, recording additions, retirements, and transfers. * Lifecycle Management: Execute the process from equipment (hardware) receipt or software procurement through user assignment and final disposition. * Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct periodic physical inventories (scans) to compare on-hand stock in warehouses and offices against system records. * Compliance Management (SAM): Monitor software license usage to prevent legal compliance gaps or overspending on unused licenses. * Warranty and Contract Control: Manage warranty claims with vendors and track maintenance contract renewal dates. * Status Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on asset health (age, physical condition, critical stock levels). **What We Offer:** · 100% EPS health insurance coverage · Statutory Life Insurance · Certification Program · Wellness services (psychologist, nutritionist) · Corporate discounts · Wellness services (psychologist, nutritionist) · Corporate discounts Salary: Up to S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
