Job Summary: Professional responsible for identifying, documenting, organizing, and standardizing processes, ensuring operational knowledge is recorded and continuous improvement is achieved across the company. Work focused on documentation, analysis, and improvement of procedures. **Job Objective** Identify, document, organize, and standardize processes across all company departments, ensuring operational knowledge is captured through procedures, manuals, templates, and job descriptions—eliminating dependency on a single individual's expertise. **Main Responsibilities** * Gather information through interviews and direct observation of processes. * Document step-by-step processes for each department. * Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Develop Organization and Functions Manuals (MOFs). * Develop job descriptions and functions manuals. * Design process flowcharts. * Create work instructions and checklists. * Organize and control the company’s physical and digital documentation. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose more efficient processes. * Coordinate with department heads to validate documented information. * Update documentation whenever process changes occur. * Support implementation and monitoring of established procedures. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in process organization, information gathering, procedure development, or process improvement. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). * Familiarity with Visio, Draw.io, or other flowchart tools is desirable. * Excellent writing skills and ability to produce technical documentation. **Competencies** * Organization and planning; analytical ability. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Skill in conducting interviews and gathering information. * Proactivity; order and discipline; confidentiality. * Results orientation. * Experience developing SOPs will be valued. **Desirable Knowledge** * Functions manuals. * Job descriptions. * Flowcharts. * Document management. * ISO 9001\. * Continuous improvement. * Experience in industrial companies or the food sector.
