JUNIOR PAYROLL ANALYST **Important:** * To participate in the selection process, it is mandatory to complete the following application form: https://shorturl.at/Bo3gl Only profiles that complete the form will be evaluated. **Responsibilities** * Support the monthly payroll process execution. * Register and update personnel information (hires, terminations, and modifications). * Support the calculation of social benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation pay). * Monitor and validate attendance, overtime hours, and deductions. * Provide support in generating payroll reports. * Address basic employee inquiries related to payments. * Support the maintenance of T\-Register and PLAME under supervision. **Requirements** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Basic knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality. * Ability to work in a team and meet closing deadlines. * Experience with payroll systems or ERP systems is preferred. * Basic knowledge of SUNAT, AFP, and ESSALUD. **Position Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday * Work Mode: On-site * Location: Villa El Salvador * Position Type: Full-time * Compensation: S/ 1,800 \- S/ 2,200 Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
