




Job Summary: Analyst role focused on payroll validation, document issuance, system calculation verification, and continuous improvement projects in a services company. Key Highlights: 1. Support and respond to audits and/or requirements from different regulatory bodies (MINTRA, AFP, ONP, SENATI, Sunafil, etc.). Verify correct system calculation functionality and participate in continuous improvement, cost-saving, and tool testing projects. Requirements Knowledge and Requirements Bachelor's degree or professional title in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Payroll / Compensation Assistant. Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (mandatory). SAP HCM (desirable). SAP EC and SAP SuccessFactors (desirable at user level). Experience with T\-registros and PLAME (desirable). Data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).
