We invite you to join our team as: **JUNIOR PROJECT ENGINEER** **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Telecommunications, Networking, Electronics, Computer Systems, or related fields. * Minimum experience of **6 months to 1 year** in technical support or networking roles (including internships). * Solid knowledge of Networking (OSI model, IP addressing, VLANs, routing protocols). * Basic knowledge of perimeter security (Firewall, NAT, security policies). * Proficiency in diagramming tools (Microsoft Visio or similar). * Intermediate-level Office suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * **Basic-to-intermediate technical English** for reading manuals. * **Willingness to work in provincial locations.** * Networking certification or training course and/or CCNA (PREFERRED). **Responsibilities:** * Support information gathering and basic design of network and security solutions. * Execute physical installation and base configuration of equipment (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, etc.). * Prepare and update technical documentation, topology diagrams, and test protocols. * Perform connectivity and acceptance testing to validate service functionality prior to delivery. * Conduct inventory and labeling of network assets installed in Data Centers or client sites. * Coordinate with Logistics for equipment receipt and dispatch related to implementations. * Provide end-user training support and develop supporting materials. * Record and update activity progress in the Project Management System (SIGE). * Assist in conducting demos and proof-of-concept (PoC) tests for prospective clients. * Support development of project implementation plans and test protocols. * Comply with the company’s Integrated Management System policies and procedures. **Work Modality:** * Partial remote work We value diversity and inclusion.
