Validate that requests comply with IT guidelines and processes. Key Responsibilities * Generate periodic reports on demand status and portfolio. * Build and maintain dashboards for stakeholders. * Support prioritization and preparation of demand review committees. * Ensure adherence to methodology, standards, and procedures. * Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and management workflows. * Propose practical improvements to optimize timelines and operational efficiency. * Use AI tools to optimize operational and documentation tasks. * Support automation of reporting and information consolidation. **Requirements** Requirements * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of project management (scope, time, cost, risks) * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Experience or knowledge in demand/portfolio management (basic level) * Interest or experience in process improvement * Knowledge or usage of AI tools for automation Competencies and Others: * Intermediate Power BI. * Strong communication and collaborative work skills. * Workflow automation (Power Automate, Zapier or similar) * AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot and others)
