This opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and document system requirements. * Support the design and improvement of technological processes. * Collaborate with development teams and other departments to implement solutions. * Conduct functional testing and ensure software quality. * Provide support and training to internal users on implemented systems. **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of databases (SQL), requirements analysis, and process modeling. * Ability to interpret and document business workflows. * Teamwork skills and effective communication. * Desired experience with ERP, CRM, or agile methodologies (not mandatory).
