Job Summary: Quality analyst responsible for ensuring food safety and quality through monitoring, analysis, and reporting of products, raw materials, and laboratory equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical ability, proactivity, and teamwork **Responsibilities:** * Monitor analyses of in-process, semi-finished, and finished products. * Report deviations or non-conformities identified during analyses. * Timely communicate analysis results for in-process products to facilitate corrective actions. * Perform sampling and analysis of raw materials, inputs, and packaging materials according to established procedures. * Record and enter analytical results into appropriate forms and/or systems. * Conduct physicochemical analyses of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. * Perform verification and control of laboratory equipment, ensuring tracking and calibration forms are up to date. * Maintain adequate knowledge and proper handling of laboratory equipment and measuring instruments. * Support internal and external audits by providing records, evidence, and samples as required. * Comply with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area, as well as proper management of generated waste. **Requirements:** * Technical graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Fisheries Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. * Up-to-date knowledge of GMP, POES, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025, and BRCGS v9 Food Safety. * Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance within the food and industrial sectors. * Attention to detail, analytical ability, effective communication, and teamwork. * Proactive, responsible, and committed to food quality and safety. * Availability to work on-site (Los Olivos). **Shifts:** * Night shift and Day shift. * Further details during the interview.
