




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for mobile application technical support and testing, focused on incident resolution and continuous improvement of the user experience. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and incident resolution for mobile applications. 2. Execution of functional testing and exploratory testing of the App. 3. Identification of bugs and proposal of improvements to application workflows. **Directo:** We are a technology-based mobility platform with over 16 years of experience, committed to contributing to a more friendly, respectful, and safe Lima. Currently, we operate as the official mobility provider for Jorge Chávez International Airport and for Lima’s most important shopping centers and corporations. **What We Require:** * Technician or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * 1–3 years of experience in technical support or mobile application support. * Proficiency with Jira or other ticketing tools. * Proficiency with SQL Server (SELECT statements, filters, and table joins). * Basic knowledge of AWS and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, and connectivity). * Device configuration * App and APK installation * Fault diagnosis, cache management, and synchronization * Experience conducting exploratory testing and validating application workflows. * Analytical ability, user communication skills, and incident handling capability. * Basic technical English. **What We Offer:** * Hybrid work arrangement (must be available to travel to our Miraflores office for in-person meetings). * Salary range based on candidate evaluation. * Access to "Vive Directo" discounts and benefits. **Available Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (3 days per week in-office) * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (remote) **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to end users and resolve incidents in mobile applications. * Perform functional testing and exploratory testing of the App. * Execute SQL Server queries to validate operational data. * Review logs and diagnose errors for escalation to the development team. * Configure Android/iOS devices and troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues. * Identify recurring errors and propose improvements to application workflows. * Prepare technical documentation and user guides. * Coordinate with internal teams and escalate critical incidents when necessary.
