We are looking for a **Network Analyst II** with strong technical capabilities to join our Telecommunications team. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** **Academic Background:** * **Degree in:** Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields. **Required Technical Experience:** * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** performing similar roles in the networking field. * **Networking:** Expert-level knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, and routing protocols. * **Security:** Advanced configuration of **Firewalls, IDS, IPS, and Radius**. * **Operating Systems:** Proficiency in MS Server (2008, 2010\), Linux, and network hardware. * **Languages:** Basic English proficiency **YOUR FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Implementation and Configuration:** Installation and programming of telecommunications systems and networking equipment. * **Field Engineering:** Conducting site surveys for new projects and developing detailed network topologies. * **Specialized Support:** Providing technical assistance, managing manufacturer escalations (RMA), and resolving incidents via the Ticket Management System. * **Maintenance:** Supervising and executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans for systems. * **Quality and Control:** Preparing technical service reports, adhering to testing protocols, and ensuring compliance with internal and legal quality standards. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** We seek someone who not only masters technical expertise but also excels in: * **Commitment and Empathy** when interacting with clients and team members. * **Effective Communication** for reporting to management and coordinating services. * **Attention and Focus** on critical network processes. * **Teamwork** and a mindset **open to continuous learning**. **WHAT WE OFFER?** * Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology. * Continuous training at industry events. * A professional environment that values growth and goal achievement.
