Lead and coordinate data management, analytics, and operational efficiency monitoring, ensuring information availability and quality.
1\. Lead and coordinate the Data Engineering and Operational Efficiency Analysts team, ensuring achievement of objectives, priorities, and deliverables.
2\. Define and manage the data, analytics, and operational efficiency roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact.
3\. Oversee the implementation and evolution of the Operational Efficiency Control Tower, ensuring that information, metrics, and functionalities meet organizational needs.
4\. Ensure the availability, quality, and timeliness of information used for monitoring operational metrics.
5\. Oversee the definition, methodology, and updating of KPIs, ensuring consistency in their formulas, sources, targets, and interpretation criteria.
6\. Lead performance review sessions with area leaders, promoting identification of deviations, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
7\. Track action plans arising from metric deviations, ensuring accountability, deadlines, and execution.
8\. Coordinate with end-user areas to gather and prioritize information and analytics requirements, transforming them into concrete initiatives for the team.
9\. Supervise the Data Engineer in developing and evolving data integration and availability solutions, including near real-time update initiatives.
10\. Validate functional requirements and business rules prior to their implementation in data and BI solutions.
11\. Establish standards for metric management, data quality, documentation, and information governance related to the Control Tower.
**Requirements**
**Candidate**

* + Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields
* + Specialization or diploma in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Operations Management
* + 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, Business Intelligence, or operations management
* + Experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring operational KPIs.
