A professional responsible for supervising quality control and food safety, ensuring traceability, managing inventories, and analyzing product profitability in food companies.

Requirements:
Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Industries, Agro-industrial Engineering, or related fields, with experience in food, meat processing, refrigeration, or slaughterhouse companies.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise quality control and food safety of products, verifying conditions of receipt, storage, preservation, handling, and cleaning.
* Ensure product traceability by maintaining consistency between system-recorded information and physical inventory.
* Register and update daily in the system all relevant information regarding purchases, receipts, movements, and sales.
* Maintain inventory control to ensure adequate product availability for store operations.
* Analyze stock levels and product turnover to anticipate stockouts, overstocking, expirations, and potential losses.
* Conduct periodic inventories and identify discrepancies between physical stock and system-recorded stock, implementing appropriate corrective actions.
* Analyze profitability, margin, and turnover of each product to identify opportunities for portfolio optimization.
* Develop demand forecasts to propose campaigns, promotions, and initiatives aimed at increasing product turnover, reducing losses, and improving business profitability.
Salary: S/.3,000.00 - S/.3,500.00 per month
