**Job Description**

Analyze, evaluate, and execute operational processes, as well as identify process improvements and ensure efficiency.
1\. Register enrollees from individual, corporate individual, group, alliance, and telemarketing channels, ensuring accurate system registration.
2\. Validate sensitive enrollee data prior to system processing.
3\. Issue and dispatch payment receipts for corporate, group, and alliance channels.
4\. Carry out, validate, execute, and report on the collection process for the alliance channel.
5\. Process and validate updates such as renewals, exclusions, and others.
6\. Comply with SOX controls for the area.
7\. Prepare monthly reports according to channel and department requirements.
8\. Provide support and coordinate meetings with internal and external customers.
9\. Actively participate in defining and developing projects related to job functions.
10\. Comply with the "Person-Centered Care Policy" or "Promote a person-centered care culture by delivering high-quality, compassionate service."
**Candidate Requirements**
