Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Textile Pattern Maker skilled in designing and creating patterns for workwear and industrial apparel, proficient in Audaces, and capable of coordinating with production departments. Key Highlights: 1. Design and manufacturing of workwear and industrial apparel. 2. Pattern making from physical samples, existing templates, or images. 3. Coordination with production and quality control. AGL is a 100% Peruvian company dedicated to the design and manufacturing of workwear and industrial apparel. We are currently seeking a TEXTILE PATTERN MAKER. **Requirements** * Technical studies in Pattern Making, Textile Garment Construction, Fashion Design, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years** of experience as a Pattern Maker in textile industry companies. * Proficiency in **Audaces** (mandatory). * Knowledge of template creation, grading, and pattern development. * Understanding of garment construction processes, technical specifications, and measurement control. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. **Main Responsibilities** * Create patterns from physical samples, existing templates, or images provided by clients. * Develop and update measurement charts and technical specification sheets. * Design and record garment and reflective tape consumption in Audaces. * Revise patterns according to feedback from Production and Quality Control. * Coordinate with the Sewing Department for sample development and validation. * Timely communicate pattern modifications to relevant departments. * Maintain up-to-date technical information and departmental records. **Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Organization and planning. * Analytical ability. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Quality orientation. **Benefits:** \* General Payroll Regime \* Bi-weekly payments \* Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience using the Audaces system for pattern creation and modification? * Have you created patterns from physical samples, existing templates, or images provided by clients? * How many years of experience do you have as a Pattern Maker in textile industry companies? * What is your expected salary and availability to start?
