Job Summary: We are seeking a payroll specialist to analyze, process, and manage employee payroll, ensuring regulatory compliance and interdepartmental coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic coordination with key departments **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and process employee payroll, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. * Register employee onboarding and offboarding in the T\-Register (SUNAT) and internal systems. * Validate and execute salary payments via banking platforms. * Record variable payroll data in the system (bonuses, deductions, advances, loans, and judicial withholdings). * Review attendance, subsidies, medical leaves, and absences. * Coordinate with Operations, Legal, and Billing departments. * Record daily project operation payments. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience managing payroll for at least 100 employees. * Knowledge and experience in calculating salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, severance payments, and social benefits accruals. * Proficiency in T\-Register and PLAME filings with SUNAT, as well as up-to-date knowledge of Peruvian labor regulations. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills and experience with payroll systems or ERP software. * Experience validating attendance records, medical leaves, subsidies, judicial withholdings, and executing payments via banking platforms. * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, confidentiality, and capacity to coordinate with operational, legal, and administrative departments. **Competencies:** * Orderliness, responsibility, attention to detail. * Analytical ability and ability to work under pressure. * Effective communication and teamwork. **Conditions:** * **Work Mode:** On-site – Full-time. * **Salary Range:** To be discussed based on experience. * Formal employment under applicable labor regime. * Growth opportunity in the area.
