




Job Summary: Lead payroll processes and manage social benefits, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in payroll processes 2. Professional development opportunities and a positive work environment **Responsibilities:** Lead the calculation and verification of biweekly and monthly payroll for all staff (blue-collar and administrative), approximately 350 people. Execute calculations for social benefits: Bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), Vacation Pay, and Profit Sharing. Manage calculations for Fifth Category Income Tax, EPS (Health Insurance), and SENATI contributions. Submit monthly tax declarations (PLAME) and pension fund contributions (AFP Net). Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in the T\-Registry (Beneficiaries). Ensure compliance with current labor legislation across all processes. Perform daily attendance registration, validation of time clock entries, and resolution of inconsistencies. Manage opening of salary accounts and CTS accounts, as well as enrollments in insurance and AFP (Private Pension Fund Administrators). Manage company insurance programs: SCTR (Inclusion and renewals), Life Insurance Law, Essalud, and Intern Insurance. Coordinate termination procedures: preparation of settlement documents, termination letters, and exit routes. Maintain up-to-date payroll slips and personnel files. Other duties related to the position. **Requirements:** Professional degree in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of proven experience leading payroll processes in industrial companies. Excel: Advanced level (Mandatory). Experience with payroll systems (STARSOFT system preferred). Familiarity with Viva Essalud, SIVICE, Life Insurance Law (MTPE Registration), Telecredito, and BBVA Cast Net platforms. Solid knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation.
