




Job Summary: A professional who leads payroll and social benefits processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and managing attendance and insurance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead biweekly and monthly payroll calculation and verification. 2. Manage social benefits, taxes, and pension contributions. 3. Ensure compliance with current labor legislation. **Responsibilities:** Lead the calculation and verification of biweekly and monthly payroll for all staff (blue-collar and administrative), approximately 350 people. Execute calculation of social benefits: Bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), Vacation Pay, and Profit Sharing. Manage calculation of Fifth Category Income Tax, EPS (Health Insurance), and SENATI contributions. Submit monthly tax declarations (PLAME) and pension contributions (AFP Net). Manage registrations, terminations, and modifications in the T\-Registry (Beneficiaries). Ensure compliance with current Peruvian labor legislation across all processes. Record daily attendance, validate time clock entries, and resolve inconsistencies. Manage opening of salary accounts and CTS accounts, as well as enrollments in insurance and AFP (Private Pension Fund). Manage company insurance programs: SCTR (Inclusion and renewals), Life Insurance (Ley de Vida), EsSalud, and Intern Insurance. Coordinate termination processes: prepare severance settlements, termination letters, and exit procedures. Maintain up-to-date payroll slips and employee personnel files. Other duties related to the position. **Requirements:** Degree in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience leading payroll processes in industrial companies. Excel: Advanced level (Mandatory). Experience with payroll systems (STARSOFT system preferred). Familiarity with Viva EsSalud, SIVICE, Vida Ley (MTPE Registry), Telecrédito, and BBVA Cast Net platforms. Strong knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation.
