Compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 quality controls **ABOUT THE POSITION:** We are seeking a Physical-Sensory Analyst to conduct physical and sensory evaluations of food and hydrobiological products, ensuring the quality and safety of samples received in our laboratory accredited by INACAL and SANIPES. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Fisheries Engineering, Food Engineering, Biology, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in sensory evaluation or physicochemical analysis of food. * Knowledge of sensory standards and standardized methodologies. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform physical analyses: weight, texture, color, particle size distribution, and moisture content. * Conduct sensory evaluations: odor, taste, appearance, and texture. * Analyze samples of fish, seafood, and processed products according to current standards. * Record results in the ANALITICA system and prepare technical reports. * Comply with quality controls established under ISO/IEC 17025\. * Maintain optimal hygiene and order in the work area. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Health insurance (EsSalud). * Career development path within a leading company in the sector. * Ongoing training opportunities.
