Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Analyst Jr. to keep functional documentation up to date, manage the Product backlog and boards in Jira and Confluence, and monitor area metrics. Support the writing of PRDs and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. **Company:** White Lion Technology **Department:** Product \| **Reports to:** Product Owner **Work Mode:** Lima — Hybrid (subject to strategic needs) **Salary Range:** S/ 2,000 – S/ 2,500 per month **About the Role** We are looking for a Product Analyst Jr. to maintain up-to-date functional documentation for modules assigned by their Product Owner (PRD format, user stories, functional checklists, and status reports), and to manage the Product backlog and boards in Jira and Confluence. You will monitor area metrics and support the Support team with first-level functional queries. **Responsibilities** * Maintain the functional checklist up to date and standardize the team’s working templates. * Manage the Product area's backlog and Jira and Confluence boards. * Support the writing of PRDs and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. * Implement and monitor area metrics (adoption, specification quality, implementation timelines) and generate periodic reports. * Track requests received via the single-entry point, ensuring end-to-end traceability. * Support the Support team with first-level functional requirements and queries. * Explore and implement AI and automation opportunities in the team’s operational processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree, undergraduate candidate, or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * 1–3 years of experience as a Product analyst or intern, or in project coordination within the technology sector. * Knowledge of product management and backlog operations (agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid). * Experience administering Jira and Confluence (boards, automations, permissions, reports). * Data analysis capability and ability to build reports/dashboards of key performance indicators. * Preferred: knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. **Tools:** Jira, Confluence, Power BI/Tableau, Office 365\.
