I. WHAT DO YOU NEED? * Degree in Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering (mandatory) * English: Intermediate * Advanced Microsoft Excel * Corel Draw * Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes (woven fabrics \- shirts and trousers, or knits). * Product development system. * Desired knowledge of pattern-making, marking, and accessories manufacturing processes. * Minimum 3 years of experience in product development. * Must reside in areas near Ate. II. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? * Analyze and define products. * Prepare technical specifications for the entire production process. * Prepare quotations and determine unit consumption. * Manage sample production and development of accessories/embroidery/printing/applications. * Perform other duties as required within the department.
