Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Owner to lead product discovery, define and prioritize the backlog, and be accountable for business outcomes, adoption, and usability of assigned modules. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. **Company:** White Lion Technology **Department:** Product \| **Reports to:** Product Manager **Work Mode:** Lima — Hybrid (subject to strategic needs) **Salary Range:** S/ 4,500 – S/ 5,000 monthly **About the Role** We seek a Product Owner to serve as the Product Lead for assigned modules: leading product discovery, defining and prioritizing the backlog, and owning business outcomes, adoption, and usability. You will drive functional discovery and refinement alongside Design and Technology, translating customer research and feedback into clear specifications (PRD), and coordinate with the Product Manager on prioritizing new requirements and roadmap planning. **Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end product discovery (user research, problem and solution validation) prior to committing development resources. * Jointly with Design, own usability and satisfaction outcomes for your modules. * Author and maintain the PRD for each initiative (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done). * Conduct functional refinement with Design and Technology prior to development kickoff. * Keep functional checklists, documentation, flow diagrams, and product decisions up to date for your modules. * Coordinate with the Product Manager on prioritizing new requirements and the roadmap for your modules. * Use product metrics and data (adoption, NPS, engagement, conversion, churn) to inform decisions. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Design, Technology, QA, Business) and manage stakeholders, facilitating agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, daily stand-up, review, retrospective). * Prepare and escalate periodic progress reports, risk assessments, and KPIs to Product Management. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Functional Analyst, or Implementer, preferably in SaaS or B2B products. * Proficiency in product management practices: writing PRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product discovery techniques. * Understanding of product metrics and data-driven decision making. * Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and facilitating agile ceremonies. * Basic technical knowledge (APIs, databases, system logic). * Preferred: SQL, Power BI/Tableau. **Tools:** Jira, Confluence, Figma, Power BI/Tableau, Office 365\.
