**Programmer Analyst Responsibilities:** * Analyze functional and technical requirements from users or the business. * Design, develop, and implement computer applications and systems. * Program and maintain existing systems, performing improvements and optimizations. * Prepare technical and functional documentation for developed systems. * Conduct testing to ensure software quality and proper functionality. * Identify, analyze, and resolve system errors or incidents. * Participate in system and database integration. * Provide technical support and basic training to end users when required. * Comply with information security standards and best development practices. * Coordinate with other departments (users, analysts, supervisors) to develop solutions. * Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects.
