Software Project Management **MAFISA MOTORS S.A.C.**, an automotive sector company, is seeking a new talent to fill the position of **PROGRAMMING COORDINATOR**. **Requirements:** **\-** Technical or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in the role. \- Knowledge of software project management \- Intermediate knowledge of HTML5, SCSS, and JAVASCRIPT \- Intermediate knowledge of JQUERY, BOOTSTRAP^5, and REACT^18 libraries \- Desired intermediate knowledge of PHP^8 and Android (Java or Kotlin): \- Intermediate knowledge of frameworks: Codeigniter^3 and Laravel^10 and Android. **Responsibilities:** \- Design, prioritize, and update activity scheduling by packages according to company needs. \- Monitor progress of scheduled activities and make adjustments as needed to optimize resources and meet deadlines. \- Analyze and develop activities, new functionalities, and/or maintenance of implemented web applications using PHP. \- Analyze risks and sensitivity of developed activities. \- Conduct requirements analysis, map processes, and propose technological solutions. \- Address requirements from all company departments, gathering all necessary information. \- Ensure system and developed activity functionality through testing to guarantee software quality. \- Provide user support and training on ERP modules related to programming and operational control. **We Offer:** \- Labor benefits under **MYPE** payroll scheme \- Development Opportunity \- Pleasant Work Environment Salary: S/.3,400\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * 1\.
