Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Engineering Assistant to coordinate, execute, and support research and documentation for industrial engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop applicable documentation and control materials A company specializing in Fire Protection Systems Engineering and Projects, Fire & Gas Systems, Mechanical Ventilation, and Environmental Control is seeking a **PROJECT ENGINEERING ASSISTANT** in Surco**.** **Requirements:** * University graduate in Industrial or Electronic Engineering. * Minimum 6 months of experience in industrial project management, quantity surveying, and budgeting. * PMI certification (completed courses). * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * Strong communication, leadership, planning, and negotiation skills. * Availability to work in Surco (near Ricardo Palma University), Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in coordination and execution of projects, providing administrative and technical support. * Assist in researching and gathering necessary information (technical, operational, financial, legal, market-related, etc.) for project design, as well as preparing documentation required to substantiate such projects. * Support the development of applicable documentation, including service development forms, procedures, contingency procedures, manuals, among others. * Draft progress drawings and administrative project control plans. * Control and allocate material usage based on requirements to fulfill the work plan. * Manage document control for proposal and public and private sector tender preparation. * Support the development of work protocols and coordinate with the responsible party to ensure work is performed to required quality standards. **Benefits:** * Career development path. * Pleasant working environment. * Timely salary payments.
