Position Purpose:** Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of innovation projects with clients (web and mobile application development, business intelligence, RPA automation, artificial intelligence). Ensure value deliveries are executed efficiently and as planned. Perform business analysis, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to facilitate decision-making and project success. **2\. Requirements:** · Experience: Minimum 5 years managing projects and working within technology innovation teams, preferably in technology companies and/or software consulting firms. · Education: Graduate in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Course or certification in Agile Project Management (Scrum, Kanban, or Lean) and PMI. · Knowledge: Traditional and agile project management methodologies. Proficiency in process flow analysis and diagramming using Bizagi and BPMN; experience with management indicators and advanced Excel. Project management software such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar. Microsoft 365 (user level): Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and intermediate-level Power BI. · Competencies: Intermediate English (spoken/written). Teamwork, effective communication, planning and organizational skills, quality and continuous improvement, innovation, creativity, and analytical thinking. **3\. Responsibilities:** · Lead the development of detailed project plans, establishing clear objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. · Continuously monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. · Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans for effective handling. · Serve as liaison among various teams and departments involved in the project, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. · Collect, analyze, and present project-related data to inform decisions and strategies. · Generate regular reports on project status and progress, while maintaining up-to-date related documentation. · Communicate with project stakeholders—including clients, managers, and team members—to keep them informed and engaged. · Assign work to the team and oversee execution during implementation of various project phases, ensuring adherence to established plans and strategies. · Participate in post-project evaluation, analyzing successes, challenges, and lessons learned to improve future projects. **4\.
