Job Summary: We are seeking an IT professional to lead and ensure the quality of software products, detect anomalies, and guarantee technical excellence. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an IT professional oriented toward leading, monitoring, and ensuring the quality of software products to be deployed into production. The primary objective is to identify anomalies, errors, defects, and/or risks across various software testing stages, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with IT Governance standards. The ideal candidate combines strong skills in functional, performance, and automation testing with an analytical mindset to propose continuous improvements to QA processes. **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Responsibilities **Test Execution and Management:** Perform functional, performance, regression, exploratory, system, and integration testing of information systems to ensure the quality of deliverables released to production. **Review of Technical Documentation:** Validate functional and technical documentation provided by project and development teams, verifying compliance with IT Governance-defined standards. **QA Planning:** Develop the Quality Control Test Plan and design test cases specified therein. **Analysis and Reporting of Results:** Analyze test execution results, generating dashboards and progress and tracking reports for project stakeholders. **Technical Support and Leadership:** Provide support in resolving incidents; technically lead the assigned team to successfully manage requirements and propose continuous improvements to management. **Test Automation:** Select and apply appropriate tools for automating functional, performance, and regression tests. Experience and Education **Academic Background:** Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Network and Security Engineering, or related fields. **Professional Experience:** 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Analyst, Tester Analyst, or in similar QA roles. **Management and Quality:** Solid knowledge of software quality management, project methodologies, and service management. 2\. Mandatory Technical Requirements **Databases and Languages:** Intermediate-level proficiency in SQL Server. **Automation and Testing Tools:** Intermediate experience with automation tools such as Selenium IDE, Playwright, or similar. **Test and Project Management Tools:** Experience using tools such as JIRA and ALM / Quality Center. **Integration and DevOps:** Specialization or knowledge in CI/CD integration and DevOps. 3\. Added Value (Preferred) **Certifications:** ISTQB certification or Scrum Master certification. **Project Management:** Diploma or specialization in Project Management. **Languages:** Basic/intermediate English proficiency.
