We are currently seeking a **QA Automation Engineer** to join our team. If you are analytical, team-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving, this is your opportunity! **What will you do in this role?** * Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as planning, refinement, and retrospectives to contribute your quality perspective from the outset. * Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team during the definition and refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria. * Design and execute exploratory, regression, and automated tests in each iteration or sprint to validate product increments. * Promote continuous integration and automated testing as part of the continuous delivery pipeline. * Support the team in the early detection of defects and risks, facilitating agile resolution. * Adapt to changing requirements and priorities by adjusting the test strategy in an agile manner. **What are we looking for in you?** * Professionals holding degrees in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA or in similar roles. * Experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, **Playwright, Karate DSL**, or Cucumber. * Knowledge of **performance** testing using JMeter, BlazeMeter, or K6\. * Experience in microservices and API testing. * Proficiency in continuous integration and delivery (**CI/CD**) using GitHub or Jenkins. * Experience in **test management** using tools such as X\-Ray, Zephyr, or QMetry. * Knowledge of TDD and BDD methodologies. * Familiarity with GitHub **Copilot**. **What do we offer you?** * Direct employment on our payroll with all legally mandated benefits. * Hybrid work model. * 100% EPS coverage (Essential Plan) and Statutory Life Insurance. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Birthday half-day off. * Discounts and partnership agreements. * SOAINT Friends Referral Program. * SOAINT Prestige Recognition Program. * The opportunity to be part of an international company in the IT consulting and services sector.
