Quality and Processes Analyst Assistant

Position Summary: Support process management, documentation, and improvement, ensuring compliance with quality standards, with emphasis on ISO 9001. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the implementation and monitoring of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. 2. Documentation and updating of processes, MOF, and flowcharts. 3. Development of management tools and indicator reports (KPIs). **Position Objective:** Support process management, documentation, and improvement, ensuring compliance with quality standards, with emphasis on the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System\. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System\. * Support documentation and updating of processes, MOF, flowcharts, and instructions. * Develop management tools and indicator reports (KPIs). * Conduct process mapping and analysis. * Support internal audits and program implementation. * Prepare quality indicator reports. * Coordinate with departments for continuous improvement and standard compliance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or candidate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * ***Experience supporting ISO 9001 implementation\.*** * Knowledge of process management and improvement. * Proficiency in computer tools (Intermediate Office).
