We are looking for a dynamic and employee well-being-focused **Human Resources Management Analyst** to join our team at a prominent logistics company in Peru. This role is critical to fostering a positive work environment, supporting organizational culture, and contributing to the efficiency of human resources processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Personnel Selection:**
* Collaborate in the recruitment and selection process—from job posting and resume screening to interview coordination and psychotechnical evaluations.
* Track candidates and manage the candidate database.
* Experience handling high-volume recruitment processes for operational roles.
* **Workplace Climate and Organizational Culture:**
* Design, implement, and evaluate workplace climate surveys; analyze results and propose action plans for continuous improvement.
* Identify opportunities to strengthen organizational culture and corporate values.
* Manage and monitor key climate and well-being indicators.
* **Internal Events and Activities:**
* Plan, organize, and execute internal events (celebrations, anniversaries, special dates, health and wellness campaigns, etc.)—from conceptualization through logistics and post-event follow-up.
* Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure successful event execution.
* Manage the allocated event budget.
* **Human Resources Management Activity Calendar:**
* Develop and maintain an updated annual Human Resources Management activity calendar—including key dates for events, campaigns, trainings, performance evaluations, and administrative processes.
* Effectively communicate the calendar and related activities to staff.
**Requirements:**
* **Academic Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
* **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within logistics companies or organizations with large workforces.
**Knowledge:**
* Advanced experience with job portals such as CompuTrabajo, Indeed, or other job boards.
* Methodologies and tools for measuring and improving **workplace climate**.
* Basic knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation.
* Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint are essential).
* Familiarity with HR management systems (preferred).

**WORK HOURS**
* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,300.00 per month
