Position Summary: Ilumi is seeking a Salesforce Analyst to manage users, provide support, execute data loads, implement declarative configurations, and coordinate with end-user departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end user and access management in Salesforce. 2. Support and declarative configuration of the Salesforce platform. 3. Coordination and validation of changes with end-user departments. With over 27 years in the market, **Ilumi** is a Peruvian company specializing in the importation, development, and distribution of commercial and gastronomic equipment. We are currently seeking a **Salesforce Analyst** for our Projects department. **Responsibilities:** * Manage users and access in Salesforce: onboarding, offboarding, modifications, license assignments, and freezing inactive users. * Provide user support for viewing and using information via List Views and simple Page Layout adjustments. * Execute bulk data loads and assist in controlling duplicate records, ensuring data quality. * Implement declarative configurations such as field creation, picklist updates, and Object Manager adjustments. * Address reporting-related inquiries, clone reports, and modify simple filters while validating access permissions. * Log and document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems. * Implement low-complexity improvements such as validation rules and simple automations using Flow Builder. * Coordinate with end-user departments to address requirements and validate changes. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst.** * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., fully onsite in San Borja. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Job stability and career development opportunities. * Positive work environment.
