At ACP Automotriz Central del Perú, a dealership specializing in transportation and heavy machinery, we are seeking a: **SERVICE ADVISOR \- PASCO BRANCH** What will be your mission? Deliver efficient technical service support, ensuring accurate diagnosis, quotation, and follow-up of vehicles to guarantee customer satisfaction. * Academic Level: Technical or University Degree * Profession: Administrator, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Mechanical Technician * MS Office: Intermediate * English: Basic **Experience:** * 2 years coordinating service sales in an automotive workshop * 2 years performing administrative tasks in after-sales service **Main Responsibilities:** ✔ Collect all necessary information regarding the vehicle’s condition, faults, and maintenance or repair needs to facilitate accurate diagnosis and service quotation. ✔ Generate Work Orders in the GDS system for vehicle repairs in the workshop, efficiently and promptly, according to services agreed upon during vehicle reception with the customer. ✔ Prepare service quotations for both scheduled and walk-in customers, informing them of service costs and ensuring continuous follow-up until approval. ✔ Inform customers about service progress, delays, need for additional work, service completion, payment, and vehicle pickup from the workshop to prevent dissatisfaction due to waiting times. **What do we offer?** ✔ Development opportunity within a heavy automotive sector company ✔ Teamwork and continuous learning ✔ Job stability and career path Apply here: https://seleccion.talana.com//offerLink/7bb687f0\-ed Share this opportunity or tag someone who might be interested At Automotriz Central del Perú, we believe in talent, commitment, and excellence.
