We are currently seeking Service Desk Analysts whose primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with SLAs agreed upon between the company and its clients, through the execution of technical activities focused on Network Monitoring, ticket registration, categorization, updating, tracking, as well as reporting on systems within the scope of the service. **Requirements:** \- Technical or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Connectivity and Networks, or related field. \- One year of experience in similar roles (Service Desks, network and IT systems monitoring). \- Knowledge of ticket management platforms. \- Availability to work an 8x8 shift schedule in the city. \- Desired qualifications: Cisco CCNA certification, ITIL certification. \- Must reside in Moquegua.
