Integrated Management System (IMS) Manager

Position Summary: This role involves managing quality from supplier and customer qualification through to audits, report preparation, and participation in new projects, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct internal and external audits (ISO 9001, BRCGS, BPM, SMETA). 2. Comprehensive quality management, handling of complaints, and project development. 3. Preparation of technical specifications, budgets, and analysis reports. \- Supplier and customer qualification. \- Conduct internal and external audits related to ISO 9001, BRCGS, BPM, SMETA. \- Development of Quality Indicators. \- Coordination of laboratory material and equipment procurement. \- Preparation of complaint and raw material/packaging rejection reports. \- Raw Material and Packaging Analyst. \- Implementation of Laboratory, Raw Material, and Packaging indicators. \- Management of non-conforming product disposition and market quality complaints. \- Participation in new project development. \- Preparation of technical specifications and involvement in process trials. \- Preparation of monthly and annual budgets. \- Analysis reports, corrective and preventive actions. \- Traceability exercises and mock recall simulations. \- Compliance with the Internal Work Regulations, Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, as well as measures arising from accident investigations within the work area. \- Ensure all equipment, tools, safety implements, and materials are maintained in good condition for task execution. \- Fulfill duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
