Ensures compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. **Safety and Risk Prevention Supervisor** **Job Summary** We are looking for a professional with experience in safety supervision and risk prevention to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in managing occupational safety and health management systems, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks in operational environments. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate safety and risk prevention activities. * Develop and maintain documentation for the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Manage access control and related safety activities. * Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC) development and follow-up. * Manage resolution of observations, incidents, and occupational accidents. * Ensure compliance with current occupational safety and health regulations. * Work under pressure and remain calm during emergency situations. * Be available for travel as required by service needs. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar safety and risk prevention supervision roles. * Demonstrable experience in industrial environments (e.g., mining, fishing). * Knowledge and experience in developing IMS documentation. * Ability to manage access and activity-related processes. * Experience in developing HIRAC. * Skill in resolving observations, incidents, and accidents. * Knowledge of applicable occupational safety and health regulations. * Ability to work under pressure. * Availability for travel. * Driver's license desirable Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
