**REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum (3) years of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor or SSOMA Analyst in the mining, construction, or industrial sectors, preferably in airport-related activities. * Professional experience must be counted from the date of university graduation. * Completion of courses and/or professional specialization in Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 37001, and 31000). * Certified Auditor or Lead Auditor for the Trinorma standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. * Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering fields, complemented by postgraduate specialization (Master’s degree, diploma, or specialized course of no less than 100 hours) in Occupational Health and Safety. * Certificates of training for high-risk tasks to be supervised (minimum 8 hours per high-risk task, as a supervisor). * Knowledge of and ability to interpret the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001. * Proficiency in technological tools (Microsoft Office – Intermediate Excel is mandatory). * Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
