Contribution to a positive work environment. **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead a designated team and motivate the achievement of objectives set on the platform. * Achieve the team’s KPI targets by supporting executives—answering their questions regarding client consultations and negotiations—and following up on case management. * Monitor executives to identify gaps, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions. * Ensure the team has and uses up-to-date product information to guarantee compliance with quality policies. * Maximize executives’ productive time through methods, management, and continuous follow-up. * Safeguard and promote proper management of applications and assets assigned to the team. * Conduct meetings with team members to analyze operational indicator trends and develop improvement plans. * Participate in calibration sessions with the Quality and Training departments to align evaluation criteria. * Collaboratively develop improvement plans based on service indicators. * Contribute to fostering a positive work environment by organizing team activities. * Comply with the company’s Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and regulations. * Ensure compliance with requirements established in the Quality Management System. * Perform any other duties inherent to the position, as well as those assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Follow procedures and guidelines defined for the Quality Management System. * Comply with organizational policies and regulations. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Academic Qualification: Technical or University degree (preferred) * Personnel management experience (preferred) * Advanced Office skills (preferred) **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
