Deliver training sessions and manage safety indicators A prominent industrial sector company with an operational plant in Huamachuco is currently seeking a: **SSOMA SUPERVISOR** What are we looking for? * Bachelor's degree or higher in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, Industrial Safety, or related fields. * Preferred qualifications include diplomas, specializations, or courses in SSOMA, Mining Safety, or Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\). * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental management within mining operations, mining contractor companies, or related sectors. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing duties as a Safety Supervisor, SSOMA Supervisor, SSOMA Assistant, or similar positions. * Proactivity, leadership, organizational ability, and results orientation. Key Responsibilities * Supervise compliance with SSOMA standards and procedures. * Conduct field inspections and identify risks and opportunities for improvement. * Deliver inductions, training sessions, and preventive activities. * Manage indicators, incident reports, and investigations. * Follow up on corrective actions and safety programs. * Participate in audits, certifications, and Integrated Management System activities.
