We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of TDI Analyst and join our team. **What do we expect from you?** You must be: * A Systems Engineer, Computer Science graduate, or related field. * A recent graduate or Bachelor’s degree holder. * Proactive, communicative, and committed. **You must have solid knowledge in:** * Database management. * Cybersecurity. * Application systems. * Server administration. * User support. **You must have:** * 3 years of experience in similar roles such as Analyst, IT Coordinator, etc. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Monitor enterprise network connectivity (server and Hamachi). * Prepare materials and equipment (server startup and communication services: OFFICE 365\). * Generate and review domain email accounts. * Monitor server services for virtual machines and Starsoft. * Troubleshoot software and hardware errors on computing devices. * Manage ERP access (home VPN testing, Hamachi verification, open port checks, and granting access). * Perform software and hardware maintenance on servers. * Perform software and hardware maintenance on office computing devices (software updates on legacy equipment). * Update project presentations and/or IT department improvements. * Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for software across all assigned equipment. * Coordinate and manage relationships with computer equipment vendors and related suppliers. **Work Conditions:** * On-site work in Magdalena del Mar. * Schedule: Monday \- Friday, 8:30 AM \- 6:00 PM. * Payroll-based employment contract. * Benefits compliant with Peruvian labor law.
