Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technical Leader (RPG / IBS) with experience in the IBS system, technical development, and strong analytical skills to resolve complex incidents. We are currently looking for talent to fill the position of Senior Technical Leader (RPG / IBS) in a hybrid work modality for an initial period of 3 months. We are Fractal Soluciones TI, a Peruvian IT management consulting company with over 12 years in the market and more than 70 clients who trust us. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Experience with the IBS system (AS400 / IBM i). **Technical Development:** RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, CLP, and SDA. Experience in preparing technical documentation and test documentation. Strong analytical ability, capability to resolve complex incidents, and punctuality. **Desirable:** Knowledge or familiarity with Accounting applied to banking/financial environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic/intermediate level).
