Lead the administrative team and promote talent development **Rubber Group is seeking an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT, aged no more than 45 years, with solid expertise in administrative\-accounting functions, to join our team.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the company's accounting management. * Coordinate with the departments of **procurement, logistics, and sales** to ensure achievement of objectives. * Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and labor obligations. * Lead the administrative team, promoting human talent development and operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of financial and tax management. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * Leadership, analytical ability, results orientation, and strategic decision-making skills. **Benefits:** * Join a well-established MYPE (Micro and Small Enterprise). * Formal payroll registration. * Salary: 1400 soles.
