Requirements * Currently enrolled in final cycles or graduated with a technical or university degree in Accounting * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Familiarity with Starsof system * Minimum of one (01) year of experience in similar positions * Immediate availability Responsibilities: * Code and record purchase vouchers and their corresponding deductions. * Manage, validate, and organize petty cash. * Generate Payment Orders (POs) in the system and submit them—along with invoices and service/purchase orders—to Administration and Finance. * Generate withholding certificates for suppliers within the system. * Generate TXT files for bulk deduction payments to suppliers. * Reconcile and accrue monthly sales revenue in the accounting system. * Review and analyze cash flow within the system. * Perform daily bank reconciliations and report findings to Administration and Finance. * Review SUNAT mailbox daily. * Record deliveries pending accountability. * Register cost centers and/or payments in the system. * Record provisions for social security contributions. * Code and safeguard internal accounting control records. * Report any deviations and/or irregularities detected in the accounting process to your immediate supervisor. * Assist the General Accountant in preparing reports, financial statements, or other deliverables.
