We are a growing MSME undergoing expansion; therefore, we are seeking a qualified accounting professional to fill the Junior Accountant position. The ideal candidate must be passionate about coffee, eager to grow, and willing to be part of an expanding company. Additionally: * Graduate in Accounting. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. (Mandatory) * Knowledge of legal and tax regulations. * Experience using Starsoft accounting software. * Experience in account analysis. * Experience: More than 1 year in this role/industry. * Immediate availability to work in San Isidro. Key Responsibilities: * Monthly recording and analysis of sales and purchases. * Monthly tax settlement (IGV and Income Tax). * Monthly payroll calculation. * Monthly tax filings (PDx\|T621, PLE, PLAME). * Invoicing via SEE\-SOL. * Review of Electronic Inbox and follow-up on notifications received for assigned accounts. * Analysis of assigned accounting accounts, accounting control, and certification. * Inventory/product stock loading into the sales system. * Preparation and analysis of the Balance Sheet. * Support in responding to tax audit requests, internal and external audits, as well as remediation of assigned findings. * Provision of payroll, subsidy journal entries, discrepancy control, and periodic reports. * Preparation of monthly reports requested by Management. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
