Joining a solid transportation company **Job Opening – Administrative Assistant** *Company:* TRANSPORTE MANRIQUE E.I.R.L. *Location:* Chancay, Lima ***Job Description:*** A company engaged in land transportation is seeking a responsible, proactive, and cooperative Administrative Assistant to join the team at its Chancay office. ***Requirements:*** * Reside in Huaral, Chancay, or nearby areas. * Immediate availability. * Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles (preferably in transportation or service companies). * Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Plan, organize, and supervise administrative, financial, and HR processes, ensuring achievement of established goals. * Coordinate with Operations and General Management on the feasibility of annual plans and report bi-monthly progress. * Conduct weekly coordination with Management and Directors for reviewing accounts, expenses, and variances. * Coordinate renewals of licenses, municipal permits, authorizations, and other corporate legal documentation. * Prepare employment contracts, renewals, social benefits, and severance settlements. * Manage requests for and cancellation of staff and corporate asset insurance policies. * Process payroll, deductions, benefits, and labor obligations. * Evaluate administrative staff performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions within their scope. * Supervise supplier payment compliance according to the established schedule. * Approve purchases of spare parts, supplies, and materials within management-defined limits. * Review and coordinate administrative cash flow. * Participate in meetings with external clients alongside Operations and Management. * Coordinate with Operations to fulfill administrative requirements linked to clients. ***We Offer:*** * Joining a solid transportation company. * Positive work environment. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Professional development opportunity.
