Professional development in administration and accounting We are a small family-owned business currently seeking a new team member for the administrative assistant position who wishes to grow alongside us. We require a STUDENT willing to work and learn for the position of ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in the district of Surquillo. Requirements: \* Completed secondary education; university students from the 7th semester onward, majoring in administration, accounting, and/or finance. \* Service fee receipt (receipt for honorarium). \* Residing in Surquillo or nearby areas. \* Teamwork skills. \* Other related duties. \* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \* Currently enrolled in a degree program in accounting, administration, and/or finance. Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:15 PM (including lunch break), Monday to Saturday \- full time Job Responsibilities: \* Record purchases. \* Issue digital invoices and shipping guides. \* Organize and file daily documentation. \* Data entry. \* Update relevant information. \* Prepare accounts payable and accounts receivable. \* Prepare monthly income statements.
