Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage the control and tracking of inventories, assets, spare parts, and uniforms, as well as supervise warehouses and monitor activities involving third parties. What will your day-to-day look like with us? * Manage the control, tracking, and reporting of the company’s fixed asset inventory. * Conduct procurement, control, and reporting of company assets. * Supervise the control, tracking, and reporting of assigned warehouses. * Maintain control over spare parts and their distribution. * Manage the control, tracking, and reporting of uniforms issued to staff. * Control the tracking and reporting of assets in storage. * Monitor and report activities related to third parties. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor related to this area. What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, and asset handling. * Knowledge of regulations related to fixed asset control and inventory management.
