




Job Summary: Accounting Assistant – Treasury responsible for scheduling and executing payments, managing banking platforms, document control, and preparing reports. Key Highlights: 1. Document control and report preparation Culinary industry company – restaurant chain ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT – TREASURY Main Responsibilities: * Scheduling and executing supplier payments according to due dates, priorities, and cash availability. * Managing banking platforms such as Telecrédito BCP and Net Cash BBVA for individual and bulk payments. * Issuing and controlling checks. * Validating supporting documentation: invoices, purchase orders, delivery guides, acceptance certificates, tax withholdings, and tax advances. * Recording and controlling bank-related transactions, payments, petty cash, and expense reimbursements. * Monitoring and controlling tax withholdings, tax advances, and pending obligations. * Preparing payment reports, accounts payable reports, and operational cash flow reports. * Archiving and controlling physical and digital documents. * Coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to regularize and track payments. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury, accounting assistance, or accounts payable. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of payment scheduling, bulk payments, Telecrédito BCP, Net Cash BBVA, tax withholdings, tax advances, petty cash, and document control. * Familiarity with CONCAR and SISPAG is desirable. Location: ATE (Monday to Saturday), 48 hours per week, with all statutory benefits from day one. Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,700.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
