




Position Summary: Responsible for recording and reconciling assets, managing depreciation, controlling inventories, and supporting tax obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive fixed asset and depreciation management. 2. Daily KARDEX and inventory control. 3. Accounting account analysis and tax support. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Record assets and improvements, as well as remove company assets from the system and the Fixed Asset Ledger. 2\. Reconcile and update the Fixed Asset Ledger according to the trial balance and asset records. 3\. Record monthly asset depreciation in the system. 4\. Review KARDEX daily and report errors (if any) to maintain inventory stock control. 5\. Review goods dispatched to units (tractors, tankers, platforms, and vehicles) to select and perform componentization in the system. 6\. Review the cost center of each unit individually and extract procurement information for each item (supplier data, voucher number, purchase date, warehouse entry date). 7\. Perform fuel re-invoicing by reconciling fuel vouchers with the system on a monthly basis for submission to the billing department. 8\. Analyze assigned accounting accounts, identifying variances, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in financial records. 9\. Support compliance with tax obligations, ensuring accounting records conform to current tax regulations. Salary: S/.1,400.00 \- S/.1,600.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
