




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Technician with experience to manage accounting records, payment controls, billing, and various administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Purchase and accounts payable record management 2. Billing management and documentary control 3. Various administrative and accounting functions EDUCATION: Accounting Technician; Bachelor's degree in Accounting EXPERIENCE More than 1 year. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Purchase recording and accounts payable control. \- Scheduling of tax withholdings (detracciones). \- ERP system (S.I.P.A.M) operation—preferred but not mandatory. \- Control and recording of travel allowance settlements. \- Perform invoice receipt closing and prepare invoices for the accountant. \- Prepare quotations and respond to client emails. \- Documentary control of insurance policies (Pólizas), SCTR, and SOAT. \- Knowledge of billing, shipping guides in the system, and SOL key. \- Other duties as required by the position.
