Coordination with other departments for efficient financial management An Accounting Assistant is required for the real estate sector, meeting the following requirements: **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (preferably in real estate or construction). * Technical or university studies in Accounting. * Basic knowledge of tax regulations (SUNAT, payment vouchers, withholding taxes). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience with accounting software (CONCAR or similar). * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Record accounting transactions (purchases, sales, cash, and banking). * Support the preparation of tax filings. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Control and archive accounting documentation. * Verify payment vouchers and expense supporting documents. * Assist in monthly accounting closings. * Coordinate with other departments for accurate financial information management.
