




Job Summary: Provide operational and administrative support to the accounting department by recording financial transactions and contributing to tax compliance and resource control. Daily financial transaction recording Provide operational and administrative support to the accounting department by timely and organized recording of financial transactions, contributing to tax compliance, resource control, and preparation of accounting reports. ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Record daily accounting transactions (purchases, sales, income, expenses). * Perform monthly bank reconciliations. * Classify and file accounting documentation (invoices, receipts, vouchers, etc.). * Assist with monthly tax filings (IGV, income tax, withholding taxes, etc.). * Monitor and report petty cash expenditures. * Prepare basic accounting reports (ledgers, balance sheets, accounts payable/receivable). * Coordinate payments to suppliers and other financial commitments. * Prepare payroll, manage vacations and bonuses, and handle various labor regimes. * Support inventory and fixed asset control. * Maintain communication with banks, suppliers, and internal departments. * Provide support during monthly and annual accounting closings. ***REQUIREMENTS*** * Graduate in Accounting or related field. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of local tax regulations. * Proficiency in Excel. * Organization, responsibility, and confidentiality. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Immediate availability / Full-time. * **Job Information** * Work location: Miraflores.
